With the summer starting to wind down there are plenty of events still left in the area to enjoy before the colder temperatures roll in!
The 16th annual Saratoga Wine & Food Festival will be held between September 9-11th at SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center). The event will offer premier wines, spirits and vendors from all around along with various food options from several Capital Region restaurants.
There will be 4 events covering the course of the weekend:
- ADIRONDACK ROAD TOUR AND LUNCHEON - Friday, September 9th from 10:00AM to 3:00PM for an exciting hour and a half road rally through the Adirondack that finishes at the Lake George Club with a scrumptious cocktail reception & 3 course wine paired luncheon will be served.
- FIRED UP! - Friday, September 9th from 7 P.M. to 10 P.M. Enjoy a friendly competition of the top grillers within the Capital District battle it out for the FIRED UP! title. This event will include top celebrity chefs Josh Capon, Anne Burrell, Marc Murphy, and others! You will be able to sample the tasty grill bites along with the judges and the best part is that the bites will be paired with fantastic wines, mixed cocktails and chalice poured by Stella Artois.
- GRAND TASTING & CONCOURS D'ELEGANCE - Saturday, September 10th from 12 P.M. to 4 P.M. Explore this year’s Grand Tasting! The Grand Tasting is centered on unparalleled wines, spirits, authentic products and the region’s top restaurants. This year will offer a Culinary Demonstration by the celebrity judges. The Saratoga Automobile Museum will also be presenting a show of luxury collector cars during the Grand Tasting.
- THE THE GROOVE JAZZ BRUNCH - Sunday, September 11th from 11:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. Held at the gorgeous Saratoga National an upscale brunch where six of your favorite Mazzone Restaurants and chefs all together serving the most sensational brunch items. During the brunch there will be New Orleans style Jazz Music along with Mimosa & Bloody Mary's being offered.
